CRKL (CRK like proto-oncogene, adaptor protein) had 2 significant SNPs; it encodes a protein kinase that activates RAS and JUN kinase signaling and is expressed ubiquitously in brain. Other SNPs that affected gene expression were located in genes associated with neural phenotypes, including CADM2, FRMD4A, and PLK2.
