Fieller's theorem is a straightforward alternative strategy for confidence interval calculation without the assumption of a normal distribution for the IV estimate; details on how this is implemented are provided in the Web Appendix. An additional limitation of the SUR/delta method is that it is only applicable when one IV is used (5, 6).
