The sum scores for the panel of SNPs were not associated with AD in the COGA or SAGE samples. Logistic regression results for individual SNPs within the panels from the COGA family-based study are shown in Table 4. Logistic regression p-values of the expanded panel of SNPs prior to LD-based pruning resulted in a greater number of SNPs that met nominal association levels for AD, and is summarized in Supporting Information Table S1.
