SNP‐based meta‐analyses were conducted in order to get per‐SNP estimates that could be used to compute explained variances. Results show little overlap between the top‐SNPs for different phenotypes (see Table S4). Only 31 SNPs showed a significant association with multiple independent phenotypes.
