analyzed our results relative to one of the single previously published GWA studies (i.e., Baum et al., 2008) (15), which included about half of the probands and controls used in the present study, in addition to a replication sample that is independent of our sample (i.e., was collected in Germany). We present results in Figure S2, but note that further analysis of the replication within each of the BD GWA studies will require specific delination of the overlapping individuals within all the studies and imputation of all genotypes.
