qPCR was performed in 384-well format using 8 μl total volume: 300 nM forward and reverse primers, 5 ng of cDNA and Fast SYBR green master mix (Applied Biosystems, #4385612) using PCR conditions: 1 min at 95 °C, followed by 40 cycles of 5 s at 95 °C and 30 s at 60 °C in a LightCycler®480 System (Roche). Primer sequences are listed in Table 3.
