RNA was treated with DNAse kit (Ambion, AM1907) and quantified with a Nanodrop. 1 μg of total RNA was converted into cDNA using the Superscript III reverse transcription kit (ThermoFisher Scientific, 11752-050); cDNA was diluted to 2.5 ng/μl.
