Meta-analyses of both the primary and secondary models were performed using the R packages rmeta63 and metafor,64 and SAS.65 Because of the great variability of the data sources, all meta-analysis results are based on random effects models even though there was little statistical evidence of heterogeneity (see Supplemental Table S4).
