TBC1 domain family member 9 (Tbc1d9), nucleoporin 50 [Nup50, cytoplasmic FMR1-interacting protein 1 (Cyfip1) and N-Myc-downstream regulated 1 (Ndrg1)]. The latter four are hub nodes in the low line and Sod1 is a hub in the high line. To our knowledge, none of these genes have been directly linked to ethanol preference. However, Ndrg1 has been shown to be affected by acute ethanol administration (Costin et al. 2013).
