Figure 1 displays genetic correlation (rg) results for male and female ADHD from bivariate analyses using GREML and LDSC (see Supplemental Table S4 for exact estimates). The LDSC rg estimate in the full dataset (PGC + iPSYCH) was near 1. Similar results were found for bivariate GREML analyses in both iPSYCH and PGC and for the LDSC analyses in the iPSYCH dataset. The LDSC estimate in the PGC dataset was lower, but large standard errors were seen in this dataset for both methods.
