These included the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (Eysenck & Eysenck, 1975), the Hierarchical Personality Inventory for Children (HiPIC; Mervielde & De Fruyt, 1999), the Youth Psychopathic Traits Inventory (Andershed, Kerr, Stattin, & Levander, 2002), the EAS Temperament Survey (Buss & Plomin, 1984), the Multidimensional Personality Questionnaire (MPQ; Tellegen & Waller, 2008), the Neuroticism-Extraversion-Openness Five-Factor Inventory (Costa & McCrae, 1989), the Neuroticism-Extraversion-Openness Personality Inventory – Revised (Costa & McCrae, 1992), the Behavioral Inhibition Scale/Behavioral Activation Scale (BIS/BAS; Carver & White, 1994), the Child Anxiety Sensitivity Index (Silverman, Fleisig, Rabian, & Peterson, 1991), the Infant Behavior Record (Bayley, 1969), the Infant Behavior Questionnaire (Rothbart, 1981), the Children’s Behavior Questionnaire (Rothbart, Ahadi, Hershey, & Fisher, 2001), the Child Behavior Checklist (Achenbach, 1991), the Toddler Behavior Assessment Questionnaire (Goldsmith, 1996), the Barratt Impulsiveness Scale (Patton, Stanford, & Barratt, 1995), Type D scale (Kupper & Denollet, 2007), and the Schizotypal Personality Questionnaire – Child (Raine & Baker, 2003).
