A total of 110,926 TWB participants were genotyped using two different customized arrays (TWBv1: 27,719 samples; TWBv2: 83,207 samples). Due to data release timelines, samples genotyped on the TWBv2 array were divided into two subsets, with 68,975 samples and 14,232 samples, respectively. Quality control (QC) and imputation were performed on the three batches of data separately.
