On the finer-grained time scale, sex-modality specific trajectories of SNP-phenotype association as represented by the effect sizes determined in the regression model using genotype and genotype × sex interaction as covariates are shown in Figure 5 for each SNP-phenotype-sex association. The p < 0.009 criterion controls the false discovery rate at 5%. These spans of significance are indicated for each location at the bottom of each of the panels in Figure 5.
