For the MDS analysis, only the posterior female trajectory is not a robust result, with the correlation of the observed results with the bootstrap results significantly lower than any of the other as shown in Table 2. For the GLA analysis, the D “axes”, the distance from the primary and secondary geodesics, is less robust than the distances along the geodesics, particularly for the posterior region.
