Differences between groups were assessed for normally distributed data using a Student’s t-test (two groups), one- or two-way ANOVA, or repeated measures ANOVA followed by post-hoc tests for group comparisons. Data were presented as mean ± s.e.m. Statistical analyses were conducted using Statistica 7.0 (StatSoft Inc., Tulsa, OK).
