We used S-PrediXcan (23) to predict gene expression levels in 10 brain tissues, and to test whether the predicted gene expression correlates with AUDIT scores. We used pre-computed tissue weights from the Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx v7) project database (https://www.gtexportal.org/) as the reference transcriptome dataset.
