We performed MAGMA (22) competitive gene-set and pathway analyses using the summary statistics from the GWAS meta-analysis of AUDIT total score and the AUDIT-C and AUDIT-P subsets. SNPs were mapped to 18,546 protein-coding genes from Ensembl build 85. Gene-sets were obtained from Msigdb v5.2 (“Curated gene sets”, “GO terms”).
