The majority of the UKB sample was genotyped using the Affymetrix UK Biobank Axiom array (67%) (Santa Clara, CA, USA) with the rest of the sample genotyped using the Affymetrix UK BiLEVE Axiom array. Briefly, phasing was performed using a modified version of the SHAPEIT2 algorithm27 with a combined panel of the UK10K and 1000 Genomes phase 3 reference panels used for imputation.28
