While 71.8% of the analytic sample had ever consumed alcohol in their lifetime, 35.4% met criteria for DSM-5 AUD, 23.4% met criteria for DSM-5 cannabis use disorder, 4.2% met criteria for DSM-5 cocaine use disorder, and 5.3% met criteria for DSM-5 opioid use disorder (Table 1). The average maximum number of drinks consumed in a typical week (past 12 months) was 6.6 (SD = 12.1).
