The results from analyses of the factor scores derived from maternal reports of overall externalizing, aggression, and delinquency mapped quite closely onto the results from analyzing the latent factor scores derived from all three reporters. In regression analyses, no main effects of genotype were observed, but level of physical discipline was significantly and positively associated with all three behavioral outcomes (p<0.01 in all cases) and significant GxE effects were observed for delinquent behavior (p<0.026) but not for general externalizing or aggression, although in the same predicted direction.
