Text

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were separated on Lymphprep™ (Axis-Shield). Polymorphonuclear cells were obtained following erythrocyte pellet lysis. CD14-positive monocytes were isolated from PBMCs using anti-CD14 MicroBeads (Miltenyi Biotec); CD3-positive T-cells were isolated using anti-CD3 MicroBeads (Miltenyi Biotec), according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
