Eight SNPs are predicted to mildly alter the RNA secondary structures, including rs1789891 and rs4699748 at ADH cluster, rs4478858 at SERINC2, rs6701037 and rs1894709 at KIAA0040, rs1344694 between MREG and PECR, rs36563 between MAP3K9 and PCNX and rs8111589 at OPA3 (Table 2). They may affect the downstream activities of the RNA molecules (42).
