Functional images were reconstructed using an iterative algorithm (Fessler et al., 2005; Sutton et al., 2003) and motion corrected using FSL4.0 (Analysis Group, FMRIB, Oxford, UK). Runs exceeding 2 mm translation or 2° rotation were excluded; 2 subjects each from FH− and FH+ had one run excluded. Image processing was completed using statistical parametric mapping (SPM2, Wellcome Institute of Cognitive Neurology, Oxford, UK). Functional images were spatially normalized to standard stereotactic space as defined by the Montreal Neurological Institute and spatially smoothed with a 6mm isotropic kernel.
