For iSLE in women (Table 3 and Fig. 4A), the full model explained 10.8% of the total variation in PYDD, with virtually all of this attributable to demographic characteristics and a significant main effect of onset. Less than 0.1% of the variance was accounted for by the main effect of iSLE and the onset × iSLE interactions, which were not significant.
