Table 6 presents racial disparities in health and investigates the extent to which stressor exposure accounts for them. Across all four health outcomes, after adjustment for age, gender, and language of interview (Model 1), Blacks followed by American-born Hispanics showed the largest health disparities relative to Whites. Compared to Whites, foreign-born Hispanics had poorer SRH but better or comparable health for the other outcomes.
