for mOLs, we induce OPCs differentiation for 72 h. Rat OPCs were obtained from P2–P4 rat brains as mouse OPCs with slight modifications. Briefly, dissociated rat cortices cells were sequentially immunopanned on anti-GalC and anti-A2B5 antibody coated plates to harvest OPCs. For electroporation we used a Lonza Nucleofector device. And OPCs were induced to differentiate 36 h later. The culture condition is the same as mouse OPCs
