Posterior study power was calculated using genetic power calculator.40 A nominal P-value <0.05 in the meta-analysis was considered as evidence of significance. To correct for multiple testing, a P-value <0.0011 (0.05/46 SNPs) was considered significant after Bonferroni correction.
