We observed nominally significant differences between the genotypic and/or allelic frequencies and mean AUDIT scores for three (rs348479 in the 3' UTR, rs610529 in intron 8 and rs348449 in intron 2) of the eight SNPs genotyped in ALDH1A1. The genotypic distribution and allelic frequencies of the three SNPs are presented in Table 3.
