Mood disorders included persistent depression and major depressive, bipolar I, and bipolar II disorders. Anxiety disorders included panic disorder, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety disorder, and social and specific phobias. Posttraumatic stress disorder, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder in DSM-5 were also assessed. Consistent with DSM-5, all these diagnoses excluded substance- and medical illness–induced disorders. Lifetime PDs from the DSM-5 included antisocial, borderline, and schizotypal.
