Associations between EEGc intercept and slope with PTSD and AUD symptoms at Follow-up 3 are displayed in Table 2. In females, intercept of LFC (ß= 0.27, p = 0.026) and RFC (ß= 0.29, p = 0.024) EEGc were positively associated with PTSD symptoms. Slope of LFC, RFC, and PFI EEGc were negatively associated with PTSD symptoms (ß= −4.23 to −1.80, p < 0.001). Slope of LFC (ß= −3.51, p = 0.005) and RFC (ß= −4.21, p = 0.001) EEGc were also negatively associated with AUD symptoms in females. In males, intercept of RFC EEGc was negatively associated AUD symptoms (ß= −1.97, p < 0.001), but positively associated with PTSD symptoms (ß= 0.23, p = 0.009). We found no direct associations between APOEε4 and PTSD or AUD symptoms.
