interaction (F2,140=26.78; P<.001) indicated significantly higher alcohol craving in the alcohol-dependent group vs the control group for the stress (P<.001) and alcohol cue condition (P<.001), but no differences between groups and minimal craving were observed in the neutral condition. Alcohol craving also persisted over several times with a time main effect (F7,490=40.14; P<.001) and significant interactions of group with condition and time (group × time: F7,490 =8.14; P < .001; condition × time: F14,976 = 8.71; P < .001; group × condition × time: F14,976=2.09; P<.01) (Figure 2 and Figure 3).
