Figure 2 shown the hazard ratios (HRs) of all tested drugs on AD in individuals with and without neuroinflammation-related conditions. We identified 5 drugs (levothyroxine, mirabegron, ropinirole, levetiracetam and quetiapine) were associated with AD (FDR <0.05) in patients with neuroinflammation-related conditions, and had differential HRs between individuals with and without neuroinflammation-related conditions (P-values <0.05). For these 5 drugs, Figures 3 shown their HRs in individual cohorts and meta-analyses.
