We took a lifetime perspective for all analyses. Data across all reports made by an individual were included, spanning the baseline through 10-year follow-up period and positive endorsement of a behavior, at any wave, was considered as lifetime history for that behavior. Thus, any individual (N=3,277) who had participated in the baseline interview was included.
