regression models. There was no evidence for association between the selected SNPs in SGIP1 and theta power (see Table 1), with p-values between 0.40 and 0.90 for the combined group. Results remained non-significant when analyses were split by race (identified by genomic principal components): EA (similar to the replication sample in Hodgkinson et al., 2010), N = 757, p = 0.24 – 0.52; AA, N = 309, p = 0.15 – 0.95. (Specific results by race are available from the first author on request.)
