Standardized amounts (50 mm3) of gray matter were collected from four separate brain regions– medial orbitofrontal cortex (mOFC, BA11), lateral orbitofrontal cortex (lOFC, BA47), head of the caudate nucleus, and nucleus accumbens core– and RNA was extracted as previously described36 (Details provided in Supplement 1).
