Functional scans (T2*-weighted echo-planar imaging, repetition time 2000 msec, echo time = 40 msec, flip angle = 90°, field of view = 22 cm) were acquired using a 1.5-T GE (Waukesha, Wisconsin) scanner. Twenty-four contiguous 4.0-mm axial slices with 3.4 mm2 in-plane resolution from 80.0 mm above to 16 mm below the anterior commissure–posterior commissure line were obtained.
