The literature review above shows that various comparisons have been performed between groups of inverse solutions. In the following subsection we would like to contribute to this comparative study by discussing the results obtained when performing a Monte-Carlo analysis to compare four non-parametric approaches of solving the EEG inverse problem. To our knowledge, such an analysis has not yet been carried out in the literature.
