(n = 31, 4.8%) and fathers (n = 127; 20.3%) because they did not live with their biological mother/father at the time of assessment. Because we considered parental genetics in the present study, we coded those responses as missing and only used data reported on biological parents who lived with the child at the time of assessment (N = 642). Cronbach’s alpha for this scale is .88 for mothers and .89 for fathers.
