H1 human ES cells were obtained from WiCell Research Resources (Wicell, WI), and iPS cell lines EB and SKC from the Stanford Stem Cell Core. Human neurons were generated from H1 and iPS cells essentially as described (Zhang et al., 2013) with modifications described in METHOD DETAILS.
