Figure 1 is a color overlay and glass brain from a whole brain analysis using ANCOVA, adjusting for known confounds of age and global GM. There was significantly more GM specifically in bilateral medial OFC in controls compared to SDI. The most significant difference was right medial OFC ([-5, 53, -3], p<.004, corrected). Adding IQ as a covariate did not change the results. Since IQ and education were significantly correlated, we did not repeat the analysis with both covariates.
