CNEX1-2, CNEX1-4, and CNEX9-11 with truncated N-terminus, partial deletion of phosphatase domain, and complete deletion of subunit b binding domain, respectively, are expressed at low levels in brain regions and peripheral tissues (<2%). CNEX3-12 and 1-10, which have completely deleted phosphatase domains, were expressed at very low levels (<0.2%) and only detected in brain (Table 3).
