The Behavior Assessment System for Children (BASC; Reynolds & Kamphaus, 1992) is a behavior problem checklist that was completed by children’s teachers and parents, and which has demonstrated strong reliability and construct validity (Doyle, Ostrander, Skare, Crosby, & August, 1997; Reynolds & Kamphaus, 1992).
