We fitted covariate-adjusted Cox models to the eight cohorts (Figure 1B). The outcome was time to AD. The covariates included gender, race, age, comorbidity status (i.e., yes/no) at index date; as well as drug exposure covariates. We estimated the coefficients and standard errors for all drug exposure covariates.
