The Cellomics fluorescence imaging data was used to quantify the fraction of cells expressing each protein marker independently. In the absence of co-staining information we sought to use the marginal fractions of cells expressing each marker to calculate lower and upper bounds for the fractions of cell estimating all markers simultaneously.
