In the CC model, LOC152225 on 3q12.3 surpassed genome-wide significance (P=1.19×10−6; Q=0.028). In the FS model, three genes exceeded genome-wide significance: PREPL, CAMKMT, and SLC3A1 on chromosome 2 (Table 4). Supplementary Figure S3 depicts the Manhattan plots for these gene-based analyses.
