In P rats, GPHN was up-regulated (p = 0.025) relative to NP rats, a finding that was congruent with the up-regulation of GABRG2. NSF was down-regulated (p = 0.050), a finding that was congruent with down-regulation of GABBR1 (Figures 3B, S2).
