Genetic liability for externalizing problems was assessed by constructing PGS. Effect sizes from GWAS summary statistics from analyses by Karlsson Linnér et al. (2021) were used to aggregate and weight the risk alleles carried by each individual (see Karlsson Linnér et al., 2021 for additional details regarding the computation of the latent genetic externalizing factor).
