T values of all doublet sequences of microstate between two groups are shown in Fig. 3A. No significance was demonstrated in any doublet sequence pattern. T values of all triplet sequences of microstate between two groups are shown in Fig. 3B. Only in the A→C→B sequence, patients group showed significantly lower value (t = −2.47, p = .019). However, a single significant result in 36 tests was below the number expected by chance.
