The variances in the data explained by PC1 derived from ABCD-T1, ABCD-T2 and IMAGEN-T2 were 34%, 35%, and 35% respectively. As shown in Figures 1B and 1C, the spatial patterns of standard loadings of PC1 were highly correlated among the children, adolescent, and adult samples, with Pearson’s correlation coefficients ranging from 0.78 to 1.00. The standard loadings, as well as variances explained by the resulting PCs for each dataset, are shown in Table S2. The correlation coefficients and p values of the correlation analysis for PC1 are shown in Table S3.
