Results are expressed as means ± SE. Differences among multiple means compared to control were determined by ANOVA followed by Dunnett post Hoc test. Differences between two groups [control vs. one experimental group] were assessed using Student’s t-test. Significance for all tests was defined as p ≤ 0.05. All statistical analysis was performed using SPSS.
